My pro wand is flaring out, sticking out away from the shade, can this be fixed?

EXPLANATION:

The Pro Wand wire location, fabric deduction, and headrail bracket location may affect how the Pro Wand hangs from the motor head. The factories check the fabric deduction, and bracket location as a standard step in QC.

If the customer is experiencing flaring of the wand, it is most likely due to how the wand was installed.

The Pro Wand wire should wrap around the outside of the wand, not inside, like the photo attached. 

PROPOSED RESPONSE:

Please check the connection wire, the wire should wrap around the outside of the wand, not inside near the shade material. If the wire is wrapped around inside, please disconnect the wire and wrap around the outside of the wand.
