Alligator Clips- offered in brown and white (PART NUMBERS - SW-PT24-BRN & SW-PT24-WHT).

• These attach to the top of the panel creating fullness (5% or 20%) and travel through the track.
• These can be replaced by the customer if they have a large, clean and flat area to lay out the door. A hammer is used to close the clips.

Folding Door Installation Brackets- offered in brown and white (PART NUMBERS DS-20-2113W-GA [White], DS-20-2113BZ-GA [brown])

• Supplyed Hardware brand- 3" Klick System Wall Brackets
• These can be used for wall mount or top mount. For top mount, the screw must be removed to separate the flat part of the bracket from the L. The L would not be used.

• Up to 92" : 3 brackets
• 93" - 128" : 4 brackets (1 splice)
• 129" - 164" : 6 brackets (1 splice)

Folding Door Track and Splices

• Track – part number 1016-25 (white) and 1016-65 (brown) – FORREST PART NUMBERS

  • (WILL CHANGE TO SUPPLYED PART NUMBERS/PRICING WHEN OUR STOCK RUNS OUT)

• Splice  -  part number 3905-25 (white)
  • part number 3905-65 (brown is the white splice that we have to spray paint)

Folding Door Edge Bar Carrier and Screw

• (SCREW ONLY PART NUMBER – 116815)
• #6 - 1” screw and plastic carrier (we cut the carriers off the alligator clips by hand)

  • These can be replaced by the customers and sent out from PD. Replacement screws can

    be 1 1/4” or 1 1/2”

Folding Door Magnet 

• (PART NUMBER – 168787)
• Ring Magnet – 1/2” diameter x 1/8” thick counter-sunk magnet

 Screws, Nuts & Bolts

We can send these to customers if they need additional pieces.

• Standard Door gets 3 end stops. One for each end and one to place on the inside of the edge bar on the stack back side. This will keep the stack side in place. See below.
• Center Opening Door gets 4 end stops. They are to be positioned as seen below on both sides of the edge bars on both panels.

Folding Door : Full View – Center Opening

Velcro is stapled to the valance board. Standard valance board is 6” deep.

• Outside mount, the velcro covers the front and both sides of the board.
• Inside mount, the velcro covers only the front

The track is 1/8” shorter than the width of the valance board. It clips into the installation bracket.

Valance Board screws are used to attach the valance board to the bracket.
