How To Replace Plastic Edge Bar Carrier
Carefully remove the installed screw and any remnants of the original plastic carrier roller.
Insert replacement screw through new plastic roller, so screw head is flush with the top of the roller.
Pre-drill a new hole for the replacement screw with a 1/8" drill bit on the top of the edge bar. Be sure to position the hole centered on the bar.
Coat length of screw with super glue
Careful not to glue the screw to the roller. The carrier needs to be able to rotate freely in the track.
Use a hand-held Phillips head screwdriver to carefully re-install the screw (using a drill or impact driver may cause edge bar to crack or the screw to be installed at an angle, making the edge bar hang crooked).
