Replacing A Cord Loop on a Fabric Roman Shade

Step 1: Unscrew the clutch base plate

Step 2: Take off the base plate to expose the spool
                                       

Step 3: If there is old cord still attached, remove that now. Attach your new cord by wrapping and tucking it into the spool.
                                                       

Step 4: Screw your base plate back onto the clutch.
