Is it possible to send a cordless handle that is used for the Natural Roller Shades? That one has a hole that they can use a pole with a hook to operate.
Answer: We can send a handle used for Natural Roller Shades, but we cannot guarantee that it will be compatible with the natural shades. I know the factory is currently looking for a way to include an updated handle that allow a lift assist pole to work with it, like our Natural Roller Shades does.
