A customer just received their woven wood shade and there is a broken lift cord. What should we do?  
Answer:  Remake it – the customer just bought it.

Clutch and motorized can easily be restrung, but we will allow a remake if they are uncomfortable doing the repair.

We can send them new cording, or if the break is right at the toggle they can fix without new cording.
