Frequently Asked ABS Drapery Question:
QUESTION:
Why won't the rod fit into the bracket?
EXPLANATION:
ABS Drapery Rods telescope, meaning the rod consists of two hollow tubes, the smaller tube slides into the larger tube to adjust width.
There are two different brackets, one bracket fits the larger side of the tube, and the other bracket fits the smaller side of the tube. There is a small collar in the bracket that makes the bracket have a smaller or larger saddle/cradle.

PROPOSED RESPONSE:
One end of our telescoping rod is thicker than the other. It is likely that you have the ends reversed, and will need to flip the rod around.
