Frequently Asked "PRODUCT" Question:
QUESTION:
Is it possible for a customer to provide their own material?
EXPLANATION:
Customers often ask whether they can provide their own material (COM) for their order. Unfortunately, we do not offer this as an option because the quality cannot be guaranteed on materials that the factories are not familiar with, also COM typically requires shipping the customer's material to the factory, resulting in additional shipping costs.
(COM requests are typically for fabrics, edge bindings, tapes, trims, etc.)
Another common question is whether we can ship cut yardage directly to a different vendor or workroom when a COM form has been provided. Unfortunately, we are unable to include the required paperwork or ship directly to a workroom. The factory is not equipped to support that process. Instead, the cut yardage should be shipped to the customer's facility, and they are responsible for forwarding the material to their preferred vendor or workroom.
PROPOSED RESPONSE:
Unfortunately, that is not an option we offer. The best approach is to place the order for the required product and have it shipped to your location. Once you receive it, you will be responsible for sending it to the requested destination.
