FreshDesk Response for Lead Times

When a customer emails us asking for current production lead times, please provide them with the information they have requested PLUS the information on how they can find the current lead times themselves. This empowers the customer to be able to locate the information they need immediately, rather than waiting on us to provide the information for them.

Here you will find the types of question the customer may ask, and how to respond to either Inspired Shades or Pro Design customers.


Inspired Shades – Lead Times

  1. If the customer asks for the lead time for a specific collection, provide the lead time + instructions on how to find this information within the Franchisee Toolkit.

Example email from customer: Hello, what is the lead time for roller shades?

Response: Hello, the current production lead time for Roller Shades is __ days. Production lead times can be found in the Inspired Shades Franchisee Toolkit, located here! This information is updated every week for your convenience. Please let us know if you have any questions.

2. If the customer asks for the lead time for all collections, or does not specify, provide them with the instructions on how to find and use the Franchisee Toolkit.

Example email from customer: Hello, what are the current lead times?

Response: Hello, Production lead times can be found in the Inspired Shades Franchisee Toolkit, located here! This information is updated every week for your convenience. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Pro Design – Lead Times

  1. If the customer asks for the lead time for a specific collection, provide the lead time + instructions how to find this information within the Vendor Resource page. 

Example email from customer: Hello, what is the lead time for Walden Premier?

Response: Hello, the current production lead time for Walden Premier is __ days.

Production lead times can be found in the Pro Design Vendor Resource, located here! Please use password: prosource for access. This information is updated every week for your convenience. Please let us know if you have any questions.
