Sharepoint Pathways

Although the Knowledge Base contains most of what is needed to understand products, some information needs to live in Sharepoint. Follow the pathways below to help navigate Sharepoint.

Note: If any of the links below do not work, it is possible that the file within Sharepoint has been relocated or re-uploaded. Please manually follow the pathway leave a note within the Knowledge Base Suggestions file so that it can be relinked.

• Factory Changes
  Daily Files -> Factory Changes.xlsx
  This file is used to track changes that occur with the factory. This file includes the Factory, Collection, Change, PO and Date.
  
  
• Production Times
  The Hub -> News -> Production Times
  This document is updated weekly and has information regarding the production times by factory and product type.
  
  
• Warehouse Updates
  The Hub -> News -> Warehouse Updates
  This document is updated daily and has information regarding the warehouse- including parts that are out of stock, books on short stock, hand samples on short stock, and additional warehouse information.
  
  
• Factory Delays
  The Hub -> News -> Factory Delays
  This document is updated weekly and has information about which fabrics are currently out of stock, and the dates that they are expected to be back. Categorized by factory.
  
  
• Transit Time
  The Hub -> News -> Transit Time
  This document is updated weekly and has information regarding UPS and DHL transit times, by factory.
  
  
• Knowledge Base Suggestions
  Daily Files -> Customer Service -> Knowledge Base -> Knowledge Base Suggestions
  This file is used to add input regarding the Knowledge Base. Find an article that needs updated? Information that needs corrected? Want something added to the base? Use this file to record the Date, your Name, Product Type, if the article is existing or if you would like a new one, and your comments. The Knowledge Base group will review these comments and adjust the base as needed. We will fill in the excel with the Date Reviewed.
  
  
• Factory Cheat Sheet
  Daily Files -> Factory - Cheat Sheets -> Factory Product Cheat Sheet
  This file contains the collections we offer, and the factories that they come from. We recommend looking at an order's PO to tell which factory the order was/will be made, but this is a nice overall view.
  
  
• Discount Policies 
  Daily Files -> Discount Policies
  This file has information regarding our discounts by customer type (wholesale, network, budget etc)
  
  
• Product Program Files
  This is the general location to find information regarding collections. Within this folder you can find scans of the fabrics, the Materials Reference (MR) file, the Price excel, Stock Images, Installation Photos and Installation Videos!
  
  
• Color Database
  Airtable - or consult your coach. This is where we can find information regarding fabrics. You can look within product guides or product program files for the MR table, but the color database is most helpful when trying to find fabric cross-references.

• Past Email Announcements
  Daily Files -> Past Email Announcements
  This location in sharepoint is where all email announcements for PD and BB customers are archived once they have been sent.
  
  
• SHC Knowledge Base
  https://support.automateshades.com/portal/en/kb/rollease-acmeda 
  This is SHC's Knowledge Base. They have information regarding everything SHC!
  
  
• Out of Spec Requests
  Daily Files -> Customer Service -> OOS
  This excel contains the past out of spec requests.
  
  
• Cost Masters
  Daily Files -> Cost Masters
  This link will bring you to the folders, separated by factory, within Daily Files > Cost Masters.
• Customer Custom Product Guide

           Warehouse -> Customer Custom Product Guide (last updated date)

This file lists the customer specific product guides and whether or not we include them when shipping sample           books.

• Internet Collections
  Product Program Files - Documents/00-Internet Collections.xlsx
  This excel has a list of the internet collections that we have
