US customers only. Canada does not receive any tariffs.

All Products Except Dual Sheer Shades

- As our products are shipping from China, they will incur a 145% tariff surcharge.  We have passed on a 50% tariff surcharge to customers to recover some of the cost. On your invoice, this will appear as a separate line item.

- EXAMPLE:

You are ordering a motorized roller shade that has a retail price of $1,000. First multiply the $1,000 retail shade price by the 0.3 Discount Factor/Multiplier. Then add the $3 handling fee. Then multiply by 1.5 (this is the 50% tariff surcharge). This will be your final cost.

$1,000 * 0.3 (Discount Factor/Multiplier) = $300

$300 + $3 Handling Fee = $303

$303 * 1.5 (50% Tariff Surcharge) = $454.50 (Your Cost)

To add to Touchpoint, program a rule to add 15% to the retail price at the vendor level. This will cover your out of pocket cost of the tariff surcharge and allow you to pass it on to your customer.

Dual Sheer Shades

- Our Dual Sheer Shade products are imported from Korea, and we have passed on a 6% tariff surcharge to customers to recover some of the cost.  On your invoice, this will appear as a separate line item.

-EXAMPLE:

You are ordering a motorized dual sheer shade that has a retail price of $1,000. First, multiply the $1,000 retail shade price by the 0.3 Discount Factor/Multiplier. Then add the $3 handling fee. Then multiply by 1.06 (this is the 6% tariff surcharge). This will be your final cost.

$1,000 * 0.3 (Discount Factor/Multiplier)

$300 + $3 Handling Fee
$303 * 1.06 (6% Tariff Surcharge) = $321.18 (Your Cost)
