How to clear a customer's session in PIC?
A customer calls in and states they are getting a locked message when they try to edit an order in change mode that they were working on earlier.
The first thing to try is to ask them to log out of PIC and exit their browser completely. Once this is done, they should try to open and log into PIC and see if they can access the order they want.
If this does not work, you will need to find the session they are working in by clicking on your name in PIC
Then click on the session you need to clear. A "Remove" button will appear. Click the button.
