QUESTION:

I need a sample swatch of ___.



EXPLANATION:

The Pro Design Warehouse keeps inventory for the Inspired Shades, Arcadia, Portfolio and Walden Collections. 


Our Internet and Private Label collection customers often times keep their own sample inventory on site and samples are provided to their customers directly from their sample department. (i.e. Blinds.com, Select Blinds, Rockwood) 


If the customer urgently needs a sample shipped to their customer, please refer to the airtable to cross reference the available samples in the Pro Design Warehouse. If the warehouse does carry the sample, please send a FreshDesk sample request to the Warehouse Team, the sample swatch will need to be relabeled, so please provide the pattern name and code for them to print on a new swatch label.



PROPOSED RESPONSE:

Please reach out to your sample department to fulfill the order, if they do not have inventory we will check our warehouse to see if we have the swatch available to send. If your sample department is out, please ask them to place a order for more stock.
