USB-C Motors order with Decorative Metal Brackets
I cannot access both the charging port and setting button after my shade is installed in the decorative metal brackets.
Answer: We are so sorry for the trouble, our team is aware of the issue and we are working on developing a new decorative metal bracket that works with our newly launched usb-c motor style. Until the new bracket style is available, we suggest exposing the charging port as the setting button should not need accessed after initial installation.
