QUESTION:
How do I know if my drapery was received at the correct height?
EXPLAINATION:
Draperies have a 1/2" tolerance on length. Drapery may stretch over time (noted in the product guide)
Some some customers have been taught to measure the drapery while it is laying flat on the ground, and some customers measure it while hanging.
Sherri Brown's recommendation is to install drapery at the length they were ordered at, dress, and steam and with some relaxation that will add to the length. If they are not at the exact ordered length at this point, allow them to hang for 1-2 weeks. If they are still not at the ordered length, then we can work on a solution (adjusting hardware, remake, etc).
