Custom Requests

• We can leave the door handle off and not drill any holes if the customer would prefer no handle, or if they would like to install it at a custom height onsite. This would require drilling holes during the install, which must be done with caution as to not damage the panel. This would be entered in PIC in the notes section of the SO.
  
  
• We cannot install handles on both sides (front and back) of the edge bar that line up with each other. Our handles do not have the proper threaded hardware to accommodate this request. We can install handles offset – one on the front and one on the back – at different heights. In this case, you will see the bolt heads on both sides.
  
  
• We can ask the factory to sew edge binding across the bottom of a folding door that also has edge bars. This would be entered in PIC in the notes section of the SO.
  
  
• A folding door can be used as a room divider (inside mount, inside a doorway) with a valance on both sides. We will install Velcro on both sides of a valance board to accommodate a second valance. The additional valance can be ordered on a Misc. PO, and notes should be entered into PIC on the SO.
  
  
• The customer can request a specific color track/clips/hardware if it is different than the set standard. This would need to be entered in the notes in PIC.
  • Example: Cayman Natural fabric would get brown track and clips as our standard, but customer can request all white.
