Common Troubleshooting & Remakes

TROUBLESHOOTING Recommended – for all the following scenarios, we have parts available to ship and troubleshooting instructions.

• Edge bar carrier has broken
  
  
• Edge bar carrier screw has come out of the edge bar
  
  
• Center-Opening magnet has fallen out/ come disengaged
  
  
• Alligator Clip has fallen off (This depends on space and customer’s ability)
  
  

REMAKE Recommended – for all the following scenarios, we recommend a remake. Please remember to ask if the customer would like a panel-only remake, or if a full remake – with new track and installation hardware – is necessary.

• Edge bar is split at the top, where the edge bar carrier and screw are installed
  
  
• Alligator Clip has fallen off and troubleshooting has failed
  
  
• Fabric defects – fraying, discoloration, liner issues, fullness issues
