Expedited Shipment Requests

1. When a customer requests an expedited shipment, if it is not a motor, respond to the customer stating that we are happy to accommodate their request. Motors can only be shipped Via FedEx Ground. 

 

2. When entering the order into pic or filling out the Part Request template, make sure to input the FEDEX Overnight or the FedEx 2-day shipping option.

3. Once your order is finalized or your template is complete, send a teams message to the Warehouse Manager (Emma) stating that there was an expedited shipment request and include the following information:  

a. For Pic Orders, include the SO number 

b. For Template part requests, include the FD ticket number
