A woven wood shade is fraying. What should you check about the order and what do we recommend?
Answer: Check the SO and the date of the order. See if edge-binding was required when the order was placed, or if it was changed to required after the order was placed.
If there was no EB required, we would remake the shade at no charge and highly recommend they put EB on the new shade. Remaking is more of an issue if they have multiple shades in the room, where all of them would need the EB.
If there was EB required you let them know that the warranty was voided and that they must pay full cost to remake the shade. Highly suggest that they add EB on the new shade.
