Answer: If it is a AA battery tube try changing the batteries. If it is the rechargeable battery brick, try charging it.
See question above. The customer changes the batteries, and it still beeps. What would you recommend?
Answer: I would check that the batteries are all in the tube in the correct direction and that the top is screwed on securely.
