What do I do with the "Charge Freight" box when creating a customer, Ship-To record, or sales order?
Answer: When creating a customer, Ship-To record, or sales order, please make sure that the "Charge Freight" box is not checked. Now that we are processing shipments in PIC, if this box is checked, the customer will get charged the cost of the freight. All existing customers and Ship-Tos have already been defaulted to not charge freight, so we only need to worry about this going forward. We will also put some checks in place on the warehouse side to catch any that slip through:
