Exact Lift Pro - How To Assemble Idle End if It Falls Apart

To assemble the Idle End components: 

Insert the gray component into the idle end with the pin facing inside the idle end and the gear facing the outside. Next, insert the spring inside the gray component. Then, insert the pin end component over the spring. The pin should be facing outward. Lastly, place the snap collar over the pin end component with the tabs facing the idle end housing and snap into place.  You will hear a clicking sound when secured properly.
