How do you increase the tension on an exact lift roller shade?
Answer: If your shade is in a cassette, remove the right side end cap and locate the tension control screw (if there is a plastic screw cap, please remove) and do lefty tighty, righty loosy. Open roll or reverse roll will have the adjustment on the left side.
This is a fine adjustment control, so it may take several rotations to make desired changes.
