Exact Lift Pro - The Idle End components have separated, and appear to have broken.
This has been resolved, the factory now adds screws to keep the idle end in place.
Follow the steps below if no screws are in place.
When to use this instruction:
This can occur when installing or uninstalling an exact lift pro shade if the tension is released too quickly.
Quick troubleshooting tips below, if the customer cannot piece the idle end back together, ship them a new one.
To re-assemble the Idle End components:
Insert the gray component into the idle end with the pin facing inside the idle end and the gear facing the outside. (ADD description to image below)
Next, insert the spring inside the gray component.
Then, insert the pin end component over the spring. The pin should be facing outward.
Lastly, place the snap collar over the pin end component with the tabs facing the idle end housing and snap into place. You will hear a clicking sound when secured properly.
