QUESTION: 

The Cordless Exact Lift Pro shade is making a loud noise when being operated.

EXPLANATION: 

This is caused by the brackets not being installed close enough, making the shade unstable, which is causing the shaking and loud noise. 

The installation brackets should be installed at the shades ordered width, advise the customer to move the brackets closer, or re-order a wider shade to fit the window opening. 

PROPOSED RESPONSE: 

The noise you’re experiencing is likely due to the brackets being installed a bit too far apart, which can make the shade less stable during operation.

Please make sure that the brackets were installed at the shades ordered width, the brackets will need to be moved in closer, or the shade will need to be reordered at a wider width to fit the opening. Please let us know if the brackets can be moved in closer, or if a remake will need to be submitted.
