QUESTION:
There is a dirt stain on this drapery, can I remove it?
EXPLANATION:
This is likely caused by the packaging being damaged in transit, allowing dirt to get into the box and onto the fabric.
A customer found that spraying a compressed air canister, like those used to clean keyboards, along the back of the panel can work the dirt out of the fabric. This may take some time to fully remove the mark.
Photos of before and after using this method is shown below.
Using compressed air to remove the stain is not a common troubleshooting method and most customers would not be willing to do this on site, this is purely a possible remedy and may not resolve the issue depending on the severity of the stain.
It is an option and something that we can suggest, but the issue will most likely result in a remake.
