A customer ordered shades without the bottom bar fabric wrapped, and it should have been wrapped, or they decide they want to add the fabric wrap. Is this a remake or can this be added after the fact, onsite?
Answer:
The fabric wrapping can be added after the fact. Attached are two videos showing how it can be done.
If the customer agrees to add the fabric insert themselves, please send order and line items details to the Operations team. Please keep in mind that not all fabrics are available in cordless or square bottom bar styles - to find this information, please reference the Product Guide or the AirTable.
