MMK developed a cordless stopper that is added to shades that display any type of tension, bounce back, dropping/slipping, or fabric weight issues upon final QC. It is not added to every single shade.

PROPOSED RESPONSE:
The factory has added a cordless stopper to the cordless idle end. This additional part basically acts as a breaking system to add stability and support to the cordless tension to reduce bounce back, dropping/slipping and balancing fabric weight.
The factory has seen a decline in cordless failure and remakes since adding the stopper back in October 2025.
