How do I measure for a butt and pass?

Bypass blinds is the blind that goes into the corner

Butt Blind is the one that is up against the Bypass Blind


Valances and Cassettes (any top treatment) AND stack will need to be accounted for.
There will be a judgement call- be careful with roman shades as the stack is larger.
Box valances are more difficult and can create an even bigger light gap.


There will be a light gap in the corner. 


Butt and pass is best suited for roller shades dual sheer shades and natural roller shades. These products do not have much of a stack.
