Article Tags

Use this article any time you write for the knowledge base to make sure that you use the mandated tags - and avoid using the same tags as customer service. We need to use the same tags so that the search engine works correctly. We need to avoid the customer service tags so that their reports can be ran without the articles interfering with the data.
