The list of fabrics below require a total 1” deduction to the head rail for inside mount shades with returns.
These are thicker patterns from SB, so they require more than the standard ½” deduction for the returns to allow the return to make the clean corner.

SB will deduct 1/2" for other patterns ordered inside mount with returns (standard deduction).
Customers are unlikely to notice this.
