Frequently Asked Soft Treatment Questions:

Drapery FAQ:

1. (DR) When there is more than one fabric width seamed together for Drapery, will the factory add a weight at the bottom of each seam?

  • No, 4" double turned bottom hem (sheer and non sheer) is made with two weights, one located at each corner of the drapery panel. Euro hem (sheer only) is made with a weight chain across the bottom of the drapery panel

2. (DR) Is self lined drapery available?

Self Lined drapery is when the face fabric is on both sides of the panel. Typically used to separate spaces, or in doorways.

  • This is not currently programmed into the product, but can be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact the Product Management and Marketing Team.

3. (DR) Can fabric tie back be ordered in a different color than the drapery panel fabric?

  • This is not currently programmed into the product, but can be requested on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Order Processing team.
  • If we see an increase in requests, we may consider adding this option to the collection.

4. (DR) If a customer wants to order a shorter length panel (sill or apron length) can the customer request a hem length shorter than the standard 4" double turned hem?

  • The bottom hem is finished with a blind stitch and should not be visible from the face of the panel. However, we should be able to accommodate this request on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Order Processing team.
