QUESTION:
My shade cordless is not staying at the position I want it to stay at.
EXPLANATION:
Cordless shades tend to have a "bounce back" which means the shades raises after being set to a position the customer wants. This issue is caused by improper tension on the cordless spring.
Tension can be adjusted on site, and check that the shade must be installed properly: all brackets provided installed in the proper placement.
The factory has added a cordless stopper (Cordless Stopper Article) which helps relieve this issue.
PROPOSED RESPONSE:
If the cordless shade has some bounce back and is going up when it is pulled down the tension needs to be adjusted. Please refer to the Cordless Troubleshooting guide and please check that the shade is properly installed.
If the tension troubleshooting does not correct the issue, a remake will need to be submitted.
