Frequently Asked Absolute Sliding Panel Question:


QUESTION:

My customer did not receive their Track Mount brackets when they ordered a Box Valance for their Sliding Panel. Why? 


EXPLANATION:

When a Sliding Panel Box Valance is ordered separately from the Sliding Panel system and Track Mount is selected, the required track mount brackets are not included with the box valance shipment.

Normally, these brackets ship with the Sliding Panel track. Since the track is not included on a separate box valance order, the brackets must be shipped separately.

New Process (2026)

For these orders:

  • A PO will be created and sent to Stacey to make and ship the track mount brackets
  • The brackets will ship separately.
  • Tracking will be added to the Sales Order (SO).
  • A FD ticket will be associated with the order.

Note: This only applies to separate Box Valance orders with Track Mount installation.
