QUESTION:

I ordered a crank shade, and would like a clutch now, can I change controls?

I ordered a clutch shade, and would like a crank now, can I change controls?

Can I change controls on my outdoor shade?

EXPLANATION:

Open Roll Clutch to Crank:

The crank is approx. 3/4" wider than the clutch system. If the installation allows for the added width of the crank, then yes, the customer may change from clutch to crank. 

Open Roll Crank to Clutch:

The overall width of the shade will be less due to the deduction in the width of the crank to clutch, a remake will need to be placed. 

Cassette: 

Changing control types is not available due to the cassette being a fixed size. A remake will need to be placed.
