QUESTION:

My outdoor shade component colors vary. Why is this the case?

EXPLANATION:

XDM gets its component parts from various locations. When components are made in multiple locations, each facility may use slightly different machines, materials, or processes. Even if they aim for the same formula (paint, plastic dye, fabric, etc.), small variations in raw materials can affect color. Even though the parts are supposed to match, there may be slight color differences, and that’s normal—not a defect.

Black 

All black components roughly match.

Bronze 

All bronze components roughly match.

Beige 

All beige component roughly match, however the open roll crank bracket and hold down are more yellow.

White 

Open roll crank bracket is more gray, open roll clutch and hold down is super white.

Gray 

Open roll crank bracket and hold down clip are dark gray. All other gray components roughly match in lighter gray

The components are manufactured at various locations and we can not guarantee that the components will be exactly the same color.
