QUESTION:
Customer would like to place an order for "plain" tapes, but the option is not listed in PIC.
EXPLANATION:
The first round of Inspired Shades Soft Treatment sample kits included Plain Tape options. The Plain Tapes were discontinued on May 15, 2026, the tape sampling has since been updated.
The Plain Tape options were only distributed to approximately 50 beta test customers, and all customers who received the original sample kit have since been provided with the updated tape sample deck.
Please note: Plain Tapes are no longer available. Classic Tapes have replaced Plain Tapes; however, they are not the same product and should not be considered interchangeable.
PROPOSED RESPONSE:
Plain tapes are no longer available, they were replaced with the Classic Tape options which are shown in the current Tape deck. Please refer to the updated tape sample deck and discard the original sample set (top image in attachment below)
