I accidentally cut the cord on the back. What do I do?
Answer: 

If the shade is cordless control - the shade will need to be remade. If the customer is BB they can use their NQA for a remake, or in certain situations, we can remake as a customer accommodation.

If the customer is BB they can use their NQA for a remake.


Clutch and Motorized control - we can send out replacement cord, bring the shade back here for repair, or in certain situations, we can remake as a customer accommodation.
