Frequently Asked Natural Shade Questions:


A customer just received their woven wood shade and there is a broken lift cord. What should we do?  
Answer:  If the shade is cordless we will need to issue a remake as after production repairs cannot be done.

Clutch and motorized can be restrung, but we will remake if the customer is unable or unwilling to repair.
For repairs: We can send them new cording.
