A customer has installed a cordless dual sheer shades and the shade is “bouncing” as they raise and lower it. What is the most likely cause?
Answer:
Ask the customer to check that the cassette is fully installed within the brackets, and that all brackets included with the shade have been installed. (i.e if the shade was shipped with 4 brackets, all 4 brackets need to be used). You can also ask them to check the tension, and make necessary adjustments. See DSS installation instructions.
