A customer ordered waterfall shades without back valance, and they do not like the fact that they can see the components from outside. What are their options?
Answer: The customer can order loose back valances and use a heavy duty stapler to attach the valance to the back of the headrail, or you could remake the shade with back valances. We suggest to always order a back valance, and you can remove it if you don’t need it. Don't forget the returns!
