Why does my newly installed Fabric Roman Shade or Natural Shade have puckers along the top of the valance?
EXPLANATION:
Puckering of the valance is most commonly caused by a production error, but may also be caused by incorrect installation.
Make sure the valance isn’t caught under the brackets. If this shade was installed without brackets, make sure that the screws through the headrail have washers on them.
Process remake as needed.
