Roller Shades (Reversing the Roll)

Tools Required: NONE

Follow these directions to reverse the roll on your roller shade.

        1. Raise the shade fully and then remove it from the brackets and lay it on a flat surface.

        2. Then remove the clutch from the end of the tube and carefully start to unroll the shade. [Figure 1]

        3. Continue to unroll the shade until the aluminum tube is exposed. [Figure 2]

    4. When the shade is fully unwound, simply roll it back onto the tube in the opposite direction. Be careful with the edges           of the fabric, and also be careful to roll the fabric onto the tube so that it is straight. Check each end of the roll to make         sure the fabric is perfectly straight. [Figure 3]

5. Replace the clutch and remove the two stop devices from the chain. Then reinstall the shade to the brackets.

6. Fully raise the shade and then install a stop device so that the chain cannot be pulled to raise the shade any further. Then fully lower the shade to the desired height and install a stop device so that the shade cannot be lowered any further.
