Frequently Asked Natural Shade Questions:
The customer from 2019 has misplaced the returns for their shades. You have reached out to the factory to see if there is any of the fabric in stock, and it is not. What are your options?


Answer: Find another fabric that is very similar to the original
AND/ OR

Ask the customer if they would be alright with an Edge-Binding return
