Cordless Natural Shade Too Short - SLN NS FAQ

Modified on Tue, 29 Jul at 9:36 AM

Frequently Asked Cordless Natural Shade Questions:

My natural shade is too short. Even if I pull down very firmly they are still too short and then they start to creep back up even further within a few minutes. What do I do?

Answer: This would be a remake situation.

SLN explained that within 1" is a normal range because there will be a rebound situation in the cordless system.

If the customer wants to adjust the height, they need to first stretch out the shades, hold the spring to keep it fixed, and then unfasten the anchor cord at the back. This requires careful operation; otherwise, the entire system might be damaged HOWEVER we would never ask a customer to do this troubleshooting. It is too complicated and has a high potential for failure.

The troubleshooting to fix the issue is difficult and we don't want your customer to have to do it.  Also, we want your customer to love their shades and they should receive them as they originally ordered them.

I will let you know the next steps as soon as possible.  In the meantime, please let me know if it's all of the cordless shades so I can start the remake process.
