How to Replace the Tension Gear on the Exact Lift Pro Bracket:


When would this happen:
If a customer has somehow separated their tension gear from their bracket, follow the steps below to reattach the same tension gear.

If the tension gear is BROKEN, the below steps will not work and a new tension gear with bracket will need shipped to the customer.


Step 1. Using a flat-head screwdriver, pry the old tension gear from the bracket.  




Tension Gear and Bracket Unassembled:


Step 2: Line the 3 inner tabs on the tension gear with the 3 notches on the inside of the Spring End Bracket

Step 3: Snap Together


Done!
