I need a remake for a shade, but it was originally part of a side-by-side order. Will the folds of the remake match my other original shades?
Answer: Not necessarily. Because our shades are made by hand, things like weave tension and ring placement can vary causing differences in fold placement.
Solution: When ordering these kinds of remakes, factories can do their best to make the folds match the previous versions. To do so, inform the factory that this is a side-by-side remake, and please provide photos of the shades that the remake needs to line up with. This will be helpful for the factory
The solution will be handled by a case by case basis depending on the reason for the remake and quantity of shades.
