Top Rail End Cap Replacement Instructions

Sometimes the end caps of a panel’s top rails can become dislodged or damaged in shipping.

Follow these simple instructions to remove and replace these end caps.

1. Remove the panel(s) with the damaged or missing end caps. The track can stay installed. Make sure you have a clean and clear workspace so as not to damage the panel.

2. For Roller Shades / Natural Roller Shades, the end cap is installed using a screw.

  • Remove the end cap screw – we recommend using a #1 Phillips head screwdriver.
  • Slide the end cap out the end of the top rail.
  • Replace the end cap by aligning the leg with the proper channel and re-install screw.
  • Make sure to replace the end cap with a matching style- A or B denotes which side of the top rail the cap installed, and if it’s a trimmed or full coverage end cap. Each end cap style ensures the panel will properly install to the glider. (Fig. 3 – 8)
